To address the client's problem and goal of awareness in Whole Foods, we launched a traffic campaign focused on driving customers to the store locator page in targeted areas. Initially, we grouped zip codes into Northern and Southern California regions to optimize targeting. However, our account manager identified that performance could be further improved by consolidating the ad sets. This adjustment significantly increased the click-through rate, rising from 1.33% to 2.14%.
