Our Challenge
Pure Relief launched with the goal of becoming the go-to shop for lab-tested organic hemp edibles, gummies, oils, topicals and more. As a brand in the CBD/Cannabis vertical, Pure Relief was unable to market using traditional paid acquisition channels like Facebook, Google, and Amazon. Additionally, Pure Relief wanted to get more value out of existing subscribers by increasing the average order value (AOV) on customer purchases.
Our Results
Leveraging visitors coming from Influencer Marketing & Content Marketing, we created strategic popups & overlays that captured new visitors at scale. The increase in email subscriber conversion rate directly translated into a 46% increase of email revenue year over year. By the end of 2022, Email Marketing was responsible for over 70% of Pure Relief's total store revenue. Lastly, through better email marketing segmentation and offers, we increased email subscriber engagement by 122%.
